Confirmed : Fabrizio Romano confirms ,Manchester United are set to complete the signing of 150 million midfielder after leceister city draw .

 Rice, 23, has been linked with a move 

to Manchester United in the summer after

 establishing himself as a key player 

for both West Ham and England. 

However, after being priced out of a move 

to West Ham last summer, it appears that 

the same thing could happen again a 

year later. 

If any team is interested in Rice, West 

Ham boss David Moyes has stated that 

they must spend at least £150 million. 

According to The Athletic, Moyes told 

reporters, "The first thing to say is that 

he is not for sale." 

"Well, if you're interested, it'll be north 

of that." Last summer, a hundred (million

 pounds) was a bargain. Currently, $150 

would be the bare minimum, but he is not for sale.
